Store Manager – Jewellery Retail

Experience: 10–12+ years

Working Days: 6 days/week

About the Role The ideal candidate should have strong experience in jewellery retail, with proven expertise in managing large store teams, driving sales, maintaining customer experience, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of 30+ employees at the store level.
Drive store sales and achieve monthly and annual business targets.
Monitor store performance, KPIs, conversion rates, and customer footfall.
Ensure an exceptional customer experience and high service standards.
Manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory, visual merchandising, and compliance.
Train, coach, and motivate the sales team to improve productivity and performance.
Handle customer escalations and ensure effective resolution.
Coordinate with regional/corporate teams to execute business strategies and initiatives.
Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and operational standards.




Analyse sales trends and identify opportunities to improve store revenue and profitability.
Maintain solid control over inventory and minimise operational losses.

Requirements
10–12+ years of relevant experience in jewellery retail is preferred.
Candidates from apparel or similar retail industries may also be considered.
Proven experience managing a 30+ member store team.
Robust understanding of retail sales, customer service, and store operations.
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Strong leadership, people-management, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a high-footfall retail setting and manage weekend operations.

Working Schedule
Working Days: 6 days per week
Weekend: Working, as weekends typically experience higher customer footfall
