Prepare and manage project invoices, RA bills, tax invoices, debit/credit notes and billing documentation.
Track customer receivables, outstanding payments, retention amounts, PBGs and payment schedules.
Coordinate with project teams for billing certifications, work completion documents and supporting documents.
Follow up with customers for payment collections and overdue receivables.
Maintain customer ledgers and reconcile accounts.
Handle GST, TDS and other statutory requirements related to billing and collections.
Prepare MIS reports for billing, collections, outstanding receivables and cash flow.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors and internal departments.
