Role
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media and referrals.
Screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
Understand US recruitment processes and hiring requirements.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Communicate with candidates professionally.
Work towards recruitment targets and hiring goals.

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.




Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable working night shifts.
Willing to work from office.
Interested in building a career in US IT Recruitment.
Prior recruitment experience is not mandatory.
