Job Title: Star Premium Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Prospect and generate current leads, and successfully convert leads assigned by the company.
Contractor Relations: Develop and maintain solid working relationships with painting contractors.
Sales & Pitching: Present Berger products to potential customers and contractors, persuading them to make purchases.
Promotional Events: Organize promotional activities and deliver presentations to contractors detailing reward programs and benefits.

Requirements & Skills
Education: Graduate degree preferred.
Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply.
Industry Experience (Preferred):



Prior exposure to Paints & Building Materials (e.g., Asian Paints, Kansai Nerolac, AkzoNobel, Dulux, Cement, Electrical, Pipe, Hardware) or industries like BFSI, EdTech, and Insurance.
Core Competencies: Basic sales and marketing knowledge, solid interpersonal and communication skills, and convincing ability.
Technical Skills: Practical familiarity with mobile apps and digital payment platforms (e.g., Paytm, Google Pay, PhonePe).
Mandatory Criteria: Must possess a valid Driving License, own a two-wheeler, and be willing to travel.
