Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Sales Manager at FIMA Carlo Frattini-India. The Senior Sales Manager will lead and develop the sales strategy for the Indian market, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and manage relationships with key distributors, partners, and clients.



The role involves setting sales targets, forecasting, and monitoring performance, while guiding and mentoring the sales team to achieve revenue and growth objectives. The Senior Sales Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align go-to-market plans, ensure brand positioning, and support product launches. Daily responsibilities include conducting market analysis, visiting or virtually engaging with customers, negotiating contracts, preparing reports and presentations, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
