SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (SDR) - Enterprise Sales | US and UK/Europe

With a growing presence across UK/Europe and the US, we are expanding our global enterprise demand generation team.

THE ROLE
The SDR will be responsible for identifying, engaging and qualifying enterprise prospects and creating high-quality sales prospects for the Account Executive team.

Your mission: Research → Engage → Discover → Qualify → SQL → Pipeline

This is not a telecalling job. It’s a launchpad for Enterprise Sales.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Identify and research enterprise accounts across BFSI, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, Technology and GCCs
Map decision-makers, buying committees, business priorities and relevant triggers
Execute intelligent outbound campaigns through cold calling, email and LinkedIn




Create personalized messaging around business challenges—not generic product pitches
Run structured outbound campaigns
Partner with AEs to convert SQLs into opportunities
Engage senior stakeholders and conduct meaningful discovery conversations
Qualify prospects based on need, relevance, timing, and buying intent
Multi-thread strategic accounts and create qualified opportunities for Account Executives
Partner with Sales, Marketing and ServiceNow Alliance teams on strategic opportunities
Maintain CRM discipline and use data to improve targeting, messaging, and conversion

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
1–7 years of experience in SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation or Enterprise Prospecting.
