Role Description The Solar Engineer will be responsible for designing and optimizing solar PV systems for a range of projects, including residential, commercial, and utility-scale installations. Day-to-day activities include conducting site assessments, performing technical and feasibility analyses, developing electrical and PV system designs, preparing detailed drawings and documentation,



and supporting installation and commissioning teams. The role involves collaborating with project managers, procurement teams, and contractors to ensure designs meet performance, safety, regulatory, and cost requirements. The Solar Engineer will also contribute to system performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous design improvements based on field feedback and emerging technologies. This is a full time, in office role based in Hyderabad.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of the Solar Industry and practical experience with Solar Power projects.
Hands-on experience with Solar Systems design, configuration, and performance analysis.
Proficiency in PV Design, including layout, string sizing, shading analysis, and energy yield estimation.
Solid foundation in Electrical Design, including single-line diagrams, protection schemes, and grid interconnection requirements.
