Position: Kitchen Helper

Location: Pizza Express Co., Bhubaneswar

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities
Assist the chef and kitchen team with daily food preparation.
Wash, peel, cut, and prepare vegetables and other ingredients.
Assist in pizza preparation, including arranging toppings and preparing ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, utensils, and work areas.
Handle food safely and follow hygiene and food-safety standards.
Keep ingredients properly stored and organized.
Assist with receiving and arranging kitchen supplies.
Support the kitchen team during busy hours and ensure orders are prepared efficiently.
Minimize food wastage and maintain proper portion control.
Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned.

Requirements




Previous kitchen/restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Basic understanding of food hygiene and cleanliness.
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced kitchen.
Positive teamwork and communication skills.
Punctual, responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.
Ability to stand and work for extended periods.
