Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager – Corporate Services to drive business growth and manage client relationships for services including company incorporation, GST registration, intellectual property services, statutory compliance, and other corporate legal/compliance services.

/n

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in B2B sales, business development, client acquisition, relationship management, team leadership, and revenue generation, preferably within corporate services, CA firms, legal services, tax/compliance, business consulting, or professional services.

Key Responsibilities

/n

Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets.
/n
Generate current business through outbound sales, referrals, networking, partnerships, and other channels.
/n
Identify and acquire clients requiring:
/n
Company/LLP incorporation
/n
GST registration and related services
/n
Intellectual Property (IP) registration and services
/n




Statutory and regulatory compliance
/n
Business licensing and other corporate services
/n
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
/n
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable corporate/compliance solutions.
/n
Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
/n
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
/n
Develop strategic partnerships with CA firms, CS firms, law firms, consultants, startups, and SMEs.
/n
Lead, mentor, and develop the business development/sales team.
/n
Track sales pipeline, conversion rates, revenue, and client acquisition metrics.
/n
Work closely with internal legal, compliance, taxation, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
/n
Handle client escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
/n
