Position: Sales & Marketing Engineer
Location: Pune
Experience: 2–6 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. – Chemical / Mechanical / Biotech / Instrumentation

Role
Responsible for business development, customer engagement and sales of process equipment, skids and turnkey EPC solutions for API, Biotech, Specialty Chemical and Nutraceutical industries.
Key Responsibilities
Identify new customers, projects and business opportunities.
Develop and maintain relationships with key industry customers.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with Process, Engineering and Proposal teams for technical-commercial solutions.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals and commercial negotiations.
Conduct customer meetings, presentations, site visits and technical discussions.




Develop sales pipeline and ensure systematic follow-up from enquiry to order closure.
Participate in exhibitions, conferences and other marketing activities.
Monitor market trends, competitors and current business opportunities.
Achieve assigned sales and order booking targets.

Preferred Exposure
Experience in process equipment, skids, turnkey projects, process plants, distillation, solvent recovery, biotech/API or chemical industries will be preferred.

Key Skills

Solid customer relationship and business development skills.
