About FIXet
FIXet is a subscription-based home services platform reinventing how urban Indian households access trusted domestic help. Our flagship product, the Pod Subscription, gives a family the same verified, background-checked maid every day for a fixed monthly fee — sold and adopted through India's most powerful hyperlocal distribution channel: the RWA gated society. We are currently live in our first zone in Nagpur, generating real subscription revenue, with a pipeline of RWA societies signed and ready. We are closing our pre-seed round now and building our founding team.

Role: Founding CFO
Reporting to: Founder & CEO
Location: Nagpur (on-ground preferred in year one)
Type: Full-time, Founding Partner (equity)

What you'll own
• Financial modeling & unit economics — pod-level profitability, zone break-even analysis, cohort LTV/CAC, churn-adjusted forecasting
• Fundraising — build and maintain the data room, financial model, and investor updates; support term sheet negotiation and due diligence through pre-seed, seed, and Series A




• Compliance & structuring — GST registration and filing, Razorpay Route payment-split compliance, correct legal classification of the gig/pod workforce (service partner vs. employee)
• Cash & runway management — burn tracking, treasury, and working capital planning across zones
• Cap table & ESOP — design and maintain a clean cap table; build the ESOP pool ahead of future hiring
• Systems — set up bookkeeping, invoicing, and basic financial controls from scratch; there is no finance function today, you are building it

What success looks like
• Month 3: Clean, investor-ready financial model and data room; GST and compliance fully in order
• Month 6: Seed round materials ready, cap table clean, zone-level unit economics validated against real data
• Month 12: A lean, functioning finance operation ready to scale to multiple cities
