Job description

Education/ Experience and Skill Requirement Tech with around 1 years experience Responsibilities Designing surveys using various programming tools like Decipher, Dimensions etc. To Discuss issues related to questionnaires with the client and suggest solutions for the same. Manage internal benchmarking initiatives as well as take proactive steps on any emerging issues. Assist in tasks and assignments like developing, executing new procedures and processes,



diagnosis of problem and issues raised by the client etc. Participate and contribute in review meetings. Contributes toward managing project timelines and quality of deliverables in a manner to ensure high client satisfaction Demonstrate strength and flair in client/requester relationship building and management, information/knowledge needs assessment
