About the Role

KAKA Industries Ltd. is looking for a Cost Accountant to manage manufacturing costing, cost analysis and inventory control for our PVC, uPVC and WPC product range.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare product-wise/SKU-wise costing and BOM.
Analyze raw material consumption, wastage, scrap and production yield.
Monitor standard vs. actual cost and identify cost variances.
Track material, labour, power and manufacturing overhead costs.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores and Accounts for accurate costing data.
Monitor inventory valuation and reconciliation of RM, WIP and finished goods.




Prepare costing MIS and management reports
Identify prospects for cost reduction and process improvement

Candidate Profile
B.Com (CMA Inter/ICMA Inter will be an advantage.)
2+ years of experience in manufacturing costing/cost accounting
Experience in PVC, uPVC, WPC, plastic extrusion or building materials preferred.
Robust knowledge of MS Excel, inventory and manufacturing costing
Valuable analytical and coordination skills.
