About the Role:-
We are looking for a creative Interior Designer with 2+ years of experience specializing in space planning, modular solutions, and interior beautification. In this client-facing role, you will interact directly with clients to understand their needs, solve spatial challenges, and deliver complete design packages—including visual renderings and accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
Key Responsibilities:-
Meet directly with clients to understand objectives and provide tailored solutions for space planning, modular furniture, and interior aesthetics.
Develop functional space layouts, 2D drafts, and 3D design concepts.
Prepare comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and detailed project cost estimates.
Deliver complete design presentations and mock-ups to guide client decision-making.
Apply current interior design trends, color schemes, and styling concepts to enhance aesthetics.
Requirements:-
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
2+ years of qualified experience in space planning and modular interior design.
Expertise in preparing detailed BOQs and cost estimates.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3ds Max, V-Ray and MS Office.
Solid client communication, presentation, and spatial problem-solving skills.
