3D Game Asset Developer – Roblox

We’re looking for a 3D Game Asset Developer to create high-quality game assets for our Roblox games.

What you’ll do
Create 3D models and game assets for Roblox
Design props, buildings, vehicles, environments, and other game elements
Optimize models for Roblox performance
Work with the team to create assets based on references/concepts
Import and set up assets properly in Roblox Studio

Requirements
Experience with Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or similar 3D software
Basic knowledge of Roblox Studio
Understanding of 3D modeling, texturing, UVs, and optimization
Good sense of proportions, details, and game-ready assets
A portfolio or examples of your 3D work

Freshers are welcome to apply




You don’t need qualified work experience if you have solid 3D modeling skills and a valuable portfolio. Personal projects, college projects, or Roblox projects are also accepted.

Preferred
Previous experience creating assets for Roblox
Knowledge of low-poly/stylized game art
Understanding of PBR materials and textures
Basic knowledge of Roblox asset optimization
