Pune and Delhi MCR for a Sales Head – Sea Imports FCL. The Sales Head will lead and grow the sea imports FCL business, develop and execute sales strategies, and drive revenue and profitability targets for the division. Responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new customers, maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients, and negotiating competitive rates and contracts with shipping lines and partners inline with trade lane manager. The role involves close collaboration with operations, pricing, and customer service teams to ensure productive execution of shipments and high customer satisfaction. The Sales Head will monitor market trends, analyze performance data, prepare regular sales reports, and mentor and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team objectives.
