The role focuses on building solid client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, driving campaign effectiveness, and ensuring cross-functional coordination across internal teams.
nThis position requires a balance of strategic thinking, operational control, and people management, while working under the guidance of senior leadership.
nResponsibilities:

Being the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.n
Building and nurture long-term client relationships.n
Driving client satisfaction through proactive communication and deploying innovative solutionsn
Understanding client business objectives and translate them into actionable marketing plans.n




Mentoring and guiding junior team members, ensuring they are aligned on client objectives and execution excellence.n
Leading regular client meetings, reviews, and performance discussions.n
Overseeing end-to-end campaign execution across digital channels.n
Oversee content calendars, campaign launches, and always-on social programs.n
Ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality benchmarks are met.n
Coordinating with media, performance, creative, content, and analytics teams.n
Proactively identifying and resolving delivery bottlenecks.n
Identifying prospects to strengthen account engagement and expand scope where relevantn
Monitoring campaign performance and delivering actionable insights through detailed reports.n
