A Post Graduation Degree from a well recognized University / Institution preferably in the discipline of Allopathy, Homoeopathy, Ayurveda, Dental, and Allied Health Sciences.n

Ph.D. Degree in same relevant field from a well recognized University / Institution.n

Minimum 20 years of teaching / research experience out of which at least 5 years as Professor / equivalent pay level.n

Desirable: Experience in clinical practice, policy-making, accreditation, administration & international collaboration is preferred. Robust publication and research record is a must.n

Oversee Curriculum Design, Implementation, and review across all Health Sciences & Allied Health Sciences related Programs like UG, PG, Ph.D. & Other Health Science Skill Based Courses for practical exposure.n

Ensure Academic Quality,



Faculty Development, and Student-Centered Learning.n

Facilitate inter-skilled education and interdisciplinary collaboration.n

Promote research culture and innovation in public health, clinical science, allied health, and biomedical fields.n

Ensure the compliance of all programs with relevant regulatory bodies.n

n
Manage budgets, infrastructure, faculty recruitment, and HR policies.n

n
Represent the institution in national/international bodies and healthcare councils.n

n
Forge partnerships with hospitals, NGOs, industry, and international universities.n

n
Promote community-based health programs and student outreach.n
