Supervise and standardize curriculum development across all technical programs.n

Promote project-based learning, outcome-based education (OBE), and NEP 2020 compliance.n

Build a research-oriented setting across technical departments.n

Facilitate R&D; projects, patents, consultancies, and startup incubation.n

Support faculty and students in obtaining research grants from national and international agencies.n

n
n
Ensure all technical programs meet standards of AICTE, UGC, NBA, and NAAC.n

n
n
Manage institutional heads and support staff for seamless operation.n

n
n
Guide the recruitment of technical faculty as per AICTE norms.n

n
n
Encourage organization & participation in national conferences, symposiums, FDPs and tech fests like hackathons, coding contests, robotics clubs, and technology events.n

n
n
Develop partnerships with industry for internships, placements, and sponsored research.n

n
n
Ensure timely conduct of lectures, evaluations, exams, and academic counseling.n
