nWe are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager – Corporate Services to drive business growth and manage client relationships for services including company incorporation, GST registration, intellectual property services, statutory compliance, and other corporate legal/compliance services.
nThe ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales, business development, client acquisition, relationship management, team leadership, and revenue generation, preferably within corporate services, CA firms, legal services, tax/compliance, business consulting, or skilled services.
nKey Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets.n
Generate current business through outbound sales, referrals, networking, partnerships, and other channels.n
Identify and acquire clients requiring:n
Company/LLP incorporationn
GST registration and related servicesn
Intellectual Property (IP) registration and servicesn
Statutory and regulatory compliancen




Business licensing and other corporate servicesn
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.n
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable corporate/compliance solutions.n
Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial negotiations.n
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.n
Develop strategic partnerships with CA firms, CS firms, law firms, consultants, startups, and SMEs.n
Lead, mentor, and develop the business development/sales team.n
Track sales pipeline, conversion rates, revenue, and client acquisition metrics.n
Work closely with internal legal, compliance, taxation, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.n
Handle client escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.n
Identify recent market opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue.n
