nThe Location Head – Unsecured Loans (DSA Vertical) will be responsible for expanding and activating the DSA/channel partner ecosystem across assigned geographies. The role focuses on acquiring high-quality partners, enabling their productivity, and driving Personal Loan & Business Loan disbursement growth through structured field engagement.
nThis is a high-impact expansion role within Finance Buddha's emerging markets team.
nKey Responsibilities
n1. Channel Partner Acquisition

Identify and onboard recent DSAs, connectors, and channel partners across assigned statesn
Build robust regional sourcing networks for Personal Loans & Business Loansn
Drive partner acquisition aligned with monthly onboarding targetsn

n2. Partner Activation & Productivity

Support newly onboarded partners during early-stage setupn
Enable faster login-to-disbursement conversionn
Conduct partner training on product programs, lender fitment, and documentation flowsn

n3. Relationship Management

Act as the primary field contact for partners in the regionn
Provide day-to-day business support to active partnersn
Resolve escalations and improve turnaround time coordinationn

n4. Business Growth Ownership

Drive disbursement targets through partner engagement plansn
Identify high-potential partners and scale their sourcing volumesn
Monitor productivity dashboards and implement corrective strategiesn

n5. Market Intelligence

Track competitor activity in assigned regionsn
