nThis position combines customer support, client communication, lead qualification, and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling calls and emails, building relationships, and ensuring a smooth customer experience while supporting business growth initiatives.

Communicate with US-based prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channelsn
Understand customer requirements and provide timely support and coordination.n
Coordinate internally with operations and sales teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.n
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and pipeline activitiesn
Build strong professional relationships and provide excellent customer experiencen

1–2 years of experience in customer support, client servicing, sales, business development, or logistics coordinationn
Excellent verbal and written English communication skillsn
Comfortable speaking with US-based clients over calls and emailsn
Solid interpersonal and relationship-building skillsn
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced workplacen
Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hoursn
Basic understanding of logistics, freight, supply chain, or transportation industry preferredn
Experience with B2B communication or US processes will be an added advantagen
