Posting and overseeing journal entries, fixed asset accounting, Inter- company transactions and month-end reporting. N
Ensure timely and accurate month end MIS N
Preparing month end andregular balance sheet and P&L; schedules N
Preparation and review of IFRS, Reclass related entries N
Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to deliver high-quality services. N
Drive efficiency, accuracy, and implement value-added initiatives to strengthen the finance function. N
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues quickly and effectively. N
Work closely with AP, AR, and FP&A; teams to ensure smooth and timely month-end closure. N
Contribute to building and scaling the finance function in line with organizational growth. N

nQualification, Experience/Competencies
N
n
Chartered Accountant (CA) is must N
Prior Experience of working with US clients in GCC or Captive/Controllership roles preferable N




+10 years of relevant experience in GL domain N
Exceptional people management skills N
Process orientated, committed to achieving process excellence, Client Management N
Knowledge of automation, Quality improvements N
Ready to work as individual contributor as and when required N
Experience in automation or transformation of F&A; processes N
