Master Dashboard Governance: Design, optimize, and maintain a robust master dashboard to ensure seamless consolidation and real-time tracking of all MARVAL initiatives. N
Monthly MARVAL Project tracking: Lead the end-to-end process of analyzing, reviewing, and generating the monthly MARVAL Management reports to provide actionable insights to senior leadership. N

Deep-Dive Analysis: Utilize advanced Excel capabilities (including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modelling) to perform deep-dive diagnostic analysis to identify prospects for cost optimisation & generate value for organisation across entire supply chain N
Competition Benchmarking: Conduct regular competition benchmarking exercises to identify industry best practices and cost-saving opportunities, generating significant value and "hidden" savings for the organization. N
Value Generation: Go beyond descriptive reporting to perform prescriptive analysis—identifying specific areas where process improvements or vendor renegotiations can yield higher ROI. N
