NPosition Overview:
NThe Pricing Leader will develop and execute pricing strategies to drive profitability and competitiveness. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure effective pricing decisions aligned with business objectives.

Develop and implement global pricing strategies aligned with company goals. N




Lead a team of pricing specialists for continuous improvement. N
Conduct market researchand competitive analysis. N
Collaborate with finance, sales, marketing, and product teams. N
Drive customer negotiations and optimize pricing agreements. N
Monitor and analyze pricing performance to maximize profitability. N
Maintain pricing models, tools, and systems. N
Provide leadership on pricing best practices and industry trends. N

nQualifications

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory. N
Minimum 2 years of experience in finance and commercial leadership. N
Experience in IT/ITES industry, especially in pricing leadership roles. N
Proven track record in customer negotiations and pricing strategies. N
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. N
Excellent leadership and communication skills. N
Experience with pricingtools and software is preferred. N
