Job DescriptionRole Overview
NThe Project Controller ensures robust financial governance, accurate reporting, and commercial discipline across the lifecycle of infrastructure/EPC/renewable projects. The role drives integrated performance visibility by combining project control, FP&A;, and Financial Reporting (FR) responsibilities while partnering with Project Managers and Finance leadership.
NKey Responsibilities
nProject Financial Control

Develop and manage project budgets, cost baselines, and structure of accounts. N
Track expenditures vs. budget;
analyze cost-to-complete and productivity trends. N
Validate contractor/vendor bills including BOQ/RA bills and contractual compliance. N
Perform earned value analysis and monitor working capital efficiency at site. N
Ensuring consol controlfrom project site finance. N
nFP&A; — Financial Planning & Analysis

Support annual operating plans and long-range planning for project portfolio. N
Conduct scenario modeling, pricing analysis, and sensitivity analysis for risks. N
Drive performance improvement through variance analysis and actionable insights. N
nFR — Financial Reporting & Compliance
N

Prepare monthly MIS decks including revenue, margins, provisioning and KPIs. N
Ensure accurate revenuerecognition (as per Ind-AS / IFRS) and project capitalization. N
Support internal, statutory and lender audits with required documentation. N
Ensure compliance with finance policies, internal controls, and corporate governance. N
nCommercial & Contract Assurance

Assist evaluationof claims, change orders, escalation events and risk sharing clauses. N
Provide commercial insights during negotiations with vendors and subcontractors. N
Coordinate with procurement and contracts team on commitment control and bill closure. N
nStakeholder & RiskManagement
