To implement cost-saving measures so as to maximize the profitability of the event. N
Events executed within budgets. N
Minimal variance from projected costs and adherence to Ratios N
Vendor Management, Documentation of all Events, and P&L; Management N
To liaise and co-ordinate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries/execution of assigned tasks/activities N
Marketing of properties, and PR through Print/ digital mediums N
Planning & execution ofon-ground events N
Tie-ups to endorse the properties ( print) N
Responsible for effective execution of events through client & internal sales coordination N
