NSales Strategy and Business Development:

Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve company revenue targets and expands the customer base. N
Identify potential customers, industries, and market segments for targeting sales efforts. N
Build and maintain a sales pipeline, consistently prospecting and generating recent business opportunities. N
Conduct market researchand competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and pricing strategies. N

nClient Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored freight and forwarding solutions. N
Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts and pricing, and address customer inquiries and concerns. N
Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on shipments, address issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. N




Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and meet client expectations. N

nMarketing and Promotional Activities:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials. N
Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate leads and increase brand visibility. N
Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitive offerings, providing insights and recommendations for marketing and sales strategies. N

nQualifications

Master's / bachelor's degree in business, marketing, logistics, or a related field. N
Proven 5+ years of experience in sales within the freight and forwarding industry, N
Must have positive analytical skills. N
Solid understanding of freight forwarding operations, logistics, and supply chain management. N
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
