NThe Manager – Sales & Business Development will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying recent opportunities, and developing strategic client relationships in the Bio-Fuel and Green Chemistry domain. The role focuses on revenue generation, client acquisition, proposal development, and expanding the organization's presence across government, private, and industrial sectors.

Identify and develop new business opportunities in biofuels, green chemistry, and renewable energy sectors. N
Generate leads and convert opportunities into successful projects. N
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, industry partners, and government agencies. N
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth. N

n2. Client Relationship Management

Engage with existing and prospective clients to understand business requirements. N
Prepare and deliver presentations, technical proposals, and commercial bids. N




Negotiate contracts andensure successful closure of business opportunities. N
Maintain long-term client relationships and identify repeat business prospects. N

n3. Proposal & Tender Management

Lead preparation of proposals, Expressions of Interest (EOIs), RFPs, and tender submissions. N
Coordinate with technical teams for solution development and costing. N
Ensure timely submission of high-quality proposals. N

n4. Market Research& Strategy

Monitor industry trends, government policies, and emerging opportunities in biofuels and green chemicals. N
Conduct competitor analysis and identify potential markets. N
Develop business development strategies to expand the company's market presence. N
