nAbout the Role
nIgnitic Ideas is looking for a creative Motion Graphic Designer who is equally comfortable with motion graphics and graphic design.
nThe ideal candidate should be able to take a brief and independently create both animated/video content and high-quality static creatives for brands, campaigns and social media.
nKey Responsibilities

Create AI-generated videos, AI-based visual content and seamless transition videosn
Understand beat synchronization and edit videos in sync with music/audion
Create engaging motion graphics, animations, reels and short-form videosn
Design static social media creatives, carousels, banners and campaign creativesn
Develop visual concepts and execute them from idea to final outputn
Work on typography, layouts, compositions, transitions and visual storytellingn
Create creatives for different digital platforms and formatsn
Maintain brand consistency across all designsn
Collaborate with creative, content and digital marketing teamsn
Manage multiple projects and deliver work within deadlinesn
nRequirements

n
2–4 years of experience in motion graphics and graphic designn
Robust command of After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustratorn
Strong understanding of graphic design fundamentalsn
Good eye for composition, typography, colour and visual hierarchyn
Good understanding of motion, transitions and visual storytellingn
Ability to create both static and motion-based creatives independentlyn
Solid portfolio/showreel demonstrating both graphic design and motion workn
Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlinesn
