Lead visual direction across internal branding, marketing campaigns, culture initiatives, recruitment, events, and brand communications. N
Translate briefs, business objectives, and abstract ideas into solid visual concepts and compelling narratives. N
Create high-quality visual assets for social media, websites, presentations, campaigns, events, emailers, and internal communications. N
Develop and maintain a consistent visual language across different formats and touchpoints. N
Explore emerging visualtrends, styles, formats, and technologies to continuously evolve the brand. N
Present and articulate creative concepts clearly to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively. N

nFigma & Design Systems

Demonstrate advanced hands-on expertise in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variables, Grids, Effects, Boolean Operations, responsive layouts,



and design systems. N
Use Figma to create scalable, structured, and production-ready visual systems and templates. N
Leverage Figma Buzz to build scalable templates for emailers and other repeatable marketing and communication formats. N
Stay current with Figma's latest features, plugins, and capabilities and identify prospects to improve creative workflows and efficiency. N

nAI & Emerging Creative Technologies

Use AI-powered image-generation and creative tools as an integral part of the visual design process. N
Experiment with AI to develop concepts, generate imagery, explore visual directions, and accelerate creative production. N
Build structured and repeatable AI workflows that can scale across projects and teams. N
