NRole Overview
nTheExecutive Assistant – Strategy & Business Growth will serve as a strategic partner to the Managing Director, supporting business planning, cross-functional coordination, project execution, and decision-making. The role requires a highly organized, analytical, and proactive professional who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and driving execution.

Manage the MD's calendar, meetings, travel,



and business priorities. N
Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, business correspondence, and Minutes of Meeting (MoMs). N
Track action items and ensure timely follow-up with internal and external stakeholders. N
Coordinate meetings with clients, consultants, investors, and senior leadership. N

nStrategy & Business Growth

Support the MD informulating and executing strategic business initiatives. N
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking. N
Identify recent business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and expansion initiatives. N
Assist in evaluating new business proposals, investment prospects, and growth projects. N
Prepare business reports, dashboards, and management presentations. N

nProject Coordination

Coordinate strategic and cross-functional projects from planning to execution. N
