Role Description The Occupational Therapist will work on-site in Indore in a full-time capacity, focusing on how smart robotic arms can support secure, ergonomic, and sustainable workflows for users. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing user needs, evaluating physical and cognitive demands of tasks, and recommending adaptations using occupational therapy principles. The role involves collaborating with engineers, designers, and clinical professionals to inform product features, user interfaces,



and training protocols that reduce injury risk and enhance comfort. The Occupational Therapist will conduct user training sessions, create educational materials, and collect feedback to improve usability and accessibility. They will also document assessments, contribute to evidence-based guidelines, and help align product use with best practices in rehabilitation and occupational health.
Qualifications
Solid foundation in Occupational Therapy, with experience applying ergonomic and rehabilitative principles in daily practice.
Understanding of Medicine and Rehabilitation sufficient to collaborate with clinical teams and interpret relevant health information.
Strong Communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, users, and stakeholders.
Experience or interest in Pediatrics, including adapting tools and workflows for younger users when needed.
