Role Description The Site Engineer role at HADI Architects is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Site Engineer will oversee daily construction activities for F&B; projects, ensuring that design intent is accurately translated into execution on site. Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors and vendors, monitoring work progress, supervising civil and structural works, and ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and project timelines. The role involves reviewing drawings and BOQs, resolving technical issues on site, and providing clear communication between the design studio and site teams. The Site Engineer will also support material inspections, maintain site documentation, and contribute to efficient,

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong on-site supervision skills and experience managing daily site operations.
Candidates should possess effective communication skills for coordination with design teams, contractors, vendors, and clients.
Candidates should possess quality control and assurance skills, ensuring work meets design specifications, safety norms, and industry standards.
Candidates should possess knowledge of structural engineering principles and civil engineering practices relevant to architecture and interior projects.
Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
Experience in architectural or interior fit-out projects, preferably in the F&B; sector, is an advantage.
Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and BOQs.
