Job Description
Should be a point of contact for Customer enquiries, internal team enquires and Payment Service Provider (PSP)inquiries.
Provide timely resolution for all the escalated contacts (transactions, tickets, issues alerts & others),
Review and process all withdrawal requests as per Standard Operating Procedure
Proactively monitor failed payments and reconcile the same before reprocessing or cancel.
Ensure payments made to processing centres and e-wallets are sent successfully and within time frames
Collaborate with internal operational teams & cross-functionally to understand and resolve payments related issues.
Review & provide end to end resolution of all internal inquiries.
Dispute credit/debit chargeback cases with appropriate responses based on network guidelines to recover & prevent losses.
Monitor deposits and withdrawals functioning, report any technical issues.
Contribute to continuous process improvement
