The role involves managing Accounts Receivable activities for US healthcare clients, including payment posting-related activities, denial management, correspondence handling, insurance follow-up, and account resolution.
The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of US healthcare AR processes, positive communication skills, analytical ability, and hands-on experience in resolving outstanding accounts and improving collections.
