Job Description – Azure Virtual Desktop Specialist Engineer

Experience: 4–6 Years

Location: Chennai

Must-Have Experience:
Infrastructure / Data Center experience
Solid experience in Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
Experience in Windows Virtual Desktop (WVD)
Hands-on experience in AVD support, troubleshooting, administration, and maintenance
Positive understanding of Azure infrastructure and Windows settings

Roles & Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and deliver IT infrastructure projects within defined scope and timelines.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with business objectives.
Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where required.
Track project progress,



prepare status reports, and maintain project documentation for stakeholders and governance.
Ensure adherence to technical standards, security policies, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Azure Virtual Desktop environments.
Monitor AVD performance, user connectivity, session hosts, applications, and Azure resources.
Support incident, problem, and change management activities related to AVD infrastructure.
