NWe are seeking an experienced and energetic Area Manager to oversee multiple branches within Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, leading a team of 8–10 members, ensuring business growth, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction across all assigned branches.
N n Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple branches within the assigned city. N
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 8–10 members, driving performance and accountability. N
Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and operational processes. N
Monitor branch performance through KPIs, identify gaps, and implement improvement strategies. N
Drive sales, revenue growth, and profitability across branches. N




Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance service quality and retention. N
Coordinate with senior management to align branch operations with organizational goals. N
Manage budgets, cost control, and resource allocation effectively. N
Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and team development initiatives. N

Proven experiencein branch/area management or similar leadership roles. N
Proven experience managing multiple branches or business units within a city. N
Strong team leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate 8–10 members. N
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. N
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. N
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting and drive consistent results. N
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Management or related field preferred. N
