Job Description:

We are looking for a agile and results-driven Financial Controller to lead the Group's financial planning, analysis, and control functions. This role will oversee the entire finance operations, including FP&A;, P&L; management, MIS reporting, and critically, Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes. The Financial Controller will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and strategic guidance to drive profitability and growth.

This is a senior strategic position requiring robust analytical capabilities, operational oversight, and robust business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning for the Group.

• Drive the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership for data-driven decision-making.

• Monitor, review,



and control the P&L; across business units, ensuring alignment with financial targets and corporate objectives.

• Oversee and optimize Accounts Payable (AP) processes including vendor payments, expense management, credit terms negotiation, and ensuring timely disbursements aligned with cash flow strategies.

• Supervise Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, ensuring accurate invoicing, effective collections, aging analysis, and minimizing credit risk and bad debts.

• Develop, implement, and improve MIS frameworks to ensure timely, accurate, and insightful financial reporting.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data collection, analysis, and financial reporting processes.

• Identify and implement cost optimization and expense control measures across the organization.

• Design and enhance sourcing and pricing strategies to improve margins, drive profitability, and ensure competitive positioning.
