UI/UX Designer – Job Description

Location: Pune | Experience: 2–4 Years | Type: Full-time | Work Mode: WFO

About the Role

Innoshri is looking for a creative UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital products while collaborating with product and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Design responsive web and mobile interfaces.
Conduct user research and usability testing.
Develop and maintain design systems and UI components.
Collaborate with developers and product teams for design implementation.
Identify and improve existing user experiences.

Required Skills
2–4 years of UI/UX or Product Design experience.




Strong proficiency in Figma.
Positive understanding of UX principles, user flows, typography, layouts, and responsive design.
Robust portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.

Valuable to Have: Experience with SaaS/AI products, design systems, and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
