Azure Virtual Desktop Support / Specialist Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) Support / Specialist Engineer with hands-on experience in Azure Virtual Desktop / Windows Virtual Desktop environments. The candidate should also have exposure to data center and DWS environments and be comfortable coordinating infrastructure activities.

Key Responsibilities
Support and manage Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve AVD-related technical issues.
Plan and execute infrastructure activities within agreed timelines.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth project execution.
Monitor and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Track progress and provide regular status updates and documentation.
Ensure infrastructure activities follow technical standards, security policies, and best practices.




Support data center and DWS-related infrastructure activities.

Required Skills
4–6 years of relevant IT infrastructure experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
Positive knowledge of Windows Virtual Desktop (WVD).
Positive understanding of Microsoft Azure.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with infrastructure and cross-functional teams.
Good communication and documentation skills.

Positive to Have
Experience in Data Center environments.
Experience with DWS (Desktop/Workspace Services).
Knowledge of Azure infrastructure and security best practices.
