NBeneficial skills for AV Editor:

Experience with Premiere Pro, thorough understanding of frame rates, both progressive and
Ninterlaced,
as well as field cadence and processing terminology like telecine and inverse telecine.

Well versed with Industry standards Terminologies.
N
Understanding of video compressions and conversion methods (Apple ProRes vs H.264 vs DVCPRO HD
Netc.)

Basic Experience with Pro Tools, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Studio,

Valuable knowledge of QuickTime Pro, Switch and Microsoft Office.

Any transcoding and encoding background is a plus.

Experience in Dolby Atmos, Dolby Vision would be a bonus.

Proficient with both Mac and PC operating systems.
