NWe are looking for a passionate, energetic individual to join our Financial Marketing services division at a Associate position.
NKey responsibilities
n
Primary tasks include to format/update existing InDesign docs, creating layouts/styles in InDesign, creating charts/infographics in Illustrator and banner/image editing in Photoshop. Creating style-based InDesign templates based on branding guidelines.

Secondary tasks includeto format presentations, pitchbooks, designing visually appealing slides, template conversion, creating slides from hand-drawn and PDFs, formatting word documents and excel spreadsheets as per client specific template using MS Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel).

Other tasks include formatting of information memorandums, word reports, teasers, pitch-books, marketing decks as well as converting data into visually appealing slides.

Creating various types of graphs, charts, guesstimation of graphs.

Diagrams and structures

Designing custom templates (InDesign/PPT/Word/Excel based)
N
Estimate scope/effort of the project and accordingly communicate timelines to client and meeting deadlines.

Ensure highest quality standards and accuracy.
NKey competencies
n
Solid and advance level experience and knowledge in MS office tools includes MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel
N
Beginner/intermediate level experience and knowledge in Adobe Illustrator & Adobe InDesign
N
Experience in Adobe Photoshop would be an added advantage.
N
Solid communication skills - Proficient in spoken and written English.
N
Working knowledge of proprietary pitch-book formatting tools/macros would be an added advantage.
N
Ability to understand templates, brand standards, style guide creations and should have an eye for detail.
N
Ability to translate complex information / analytics to easy Infographic or other allied easy ways to communicate visually.
