Manage preparation and review of US Business Tax Returns (Forms 1065 & 1120) ensuring compliance with IRS regulations.
Perform book-to-tax adjustments and prepare M-1 / M-2 reconciliations where applicable.
Work on tax compliance, workpapers, and supporting schedules for federal and state tax filings.
Review client documentation and communicate with clients to resolve missing information or discrepancies.
Ensure timely filing of tax returns while maintaining high quality and accuracy standards.
Provide guidance and review support to junior team members on tax preparation, adjustments, and documentation.




Coordinate with internal teams and clients to gather financial information and resolve queries.
Stay updated with US tax law changes, IRS guidelines, and compliance requirements.
Handle Un-Audited Clients by reviewing client-provided financials, identifying discrepancies, and preparing necessary adjustments before tax return preparation.
Review financial statements, trial balances, and general ledgers to ensure accuracy and completeness for tax reporting.
Prepare and review Adjusting Journal Entries (AJEs) to correct errors, record accruals, depreciation, amortization, and other tax-related adjustments.
Analyze Retained Earnings and Equity accounts to ensure proper roll-forward and reconciliation with prior year tax filings and financial statements.
