Voucher & Invoice Filing: Prepare, verify, and systematically organize debit/credit vouchers, purchase orders (POs), delivery challans, and commercial tax invoices.
Compliance Documentation: Maintain statutory files including GST filings, Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) records, Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), and income tax filings.
Audit Preparation: Maintain neat, accessible physical and digital document archives (audit trails) for internal and external financial audits.
Contract & Agreement Filing: Track operational contracts, vendor agreements, rent deeds, and insurance policies to ensure timely renewals.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
