ServiceNow Solution Architect – FSM/CSM, HRSD, ITSM & CMDB

We are hiring an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect with strong expertise in FSM/CSM, HRSD, ITSM, CMDB, Platform Development, and Integrations.

Key Responsibilities
Architect scalable ServiceNow solutions across FSM/CSM, HRSD, ITSM and CMDB.
Lead customer workshops, requirement discussions and solution design.
Develop architecture documents, solution blueprints and implementation roadmaps.
Design integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub and enterprise integration platforms.
Work with UI Builder and Service Portal for user experience solutions.
Lead upgrades, platform optimization, governance and modernization initiatives.
Provide technical leadership and mentor ServiceNow development teams.

Required Skills




10+ years of IT experience with robust ServiceNow architecture expertise.
Hands-on experience with FSM/CSM, HRSD, ITSM and CMDB.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and data model.
Experience with UI Builder, Service Portal, REST/SOAP and IntegrationHub.
Robust customer-facing, communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Valuable to Have

CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, ITOM, Flow Designer, Automation Engine, Dell Boomi and ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD or CIS.

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
