We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Lead Generation / BDE to join our team. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills and an interest in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and find projects through Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and Fiverr.
Create proposals and submit bids for relevant projects.
Communicate with international clients through chat and email.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into projects.
Maintain records of leads, bids, and conversions.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Skills Required:
Positive written and verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of sales and lead generation.
Good research and follow-up skills.
Willingness to learn and achieve targets.
