We are looking for an experienced Production Incharge (Mechanical) to oversee daily production activities, manage the production team, ensure quality standards, and achieve production targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and supervise daily production activities.
Manage manpower and allocate work according to production requirements.
Monitor fabrication, assembly, and mechanical production processes.
Ensure production targets are achieved within the scheduled time.
Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with required specifications.
Coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize machine downtime.
Check raw materials, tools, and equipment required for production.
Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.
Reduce material wastage and improve production efficiency.
Maintain daily production reports and records.
Ensure proper safety procedures and housekeeping on the shop floor.
Train, guide, and monitor production workers.
Coordinate with purchase, quality, stores,



and management teams for smooth production.

Requirements
Qualification: Diploma / Any Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical production, steel fabrication, structural steel, or a related industry.
Positive knowledge of production planning and shop-floor operations.
Solid team management and leadership skills.
Ability to read and understand mechanical/fabrication drawings.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Basic computer knowledge for production reporting.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
