Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with CBSE and XSEED.
Follow the XSEED 5-Step Approach: Aim, Action, Analysis, Application and Assessment.
Develop students’ Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing (LSRW) skills.
Strengthen phonics, vocabulary, grammar, comprehension and creative writing.
Use activity-based, experiential and competency-based teaching methods.
Assess learning, maintain records and provide remedial support.
Create a joyful, inclusive and language-rich classroom.
Communicate students’ progress effectively to parents.
Participate in school activities and skilled-development programmes.

Qualifications and Skills
Graduate with English and B.Ed./D.El.Ed.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Robust classroom-management and digital-teaching skills.
CBSE/XSEED experience preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
