Job Summary

UCASA Projects Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Site Engineer to manage and supervise ongoing residential and commercial construction projects in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have robust site execution knowledge, the ability to independently understand construction drawings, and experience coordinating site activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Execute site work strictly as per approved construction drawings
Read and understand architectural and structural drawings independently
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites
Manage vendors, contractors, and labour teams effectively
Maintain proper site documentation, reports, and records
Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients, and internal teams
Provide regular project progress updates to management and clients
Ensure quality standards and timely project execution

Requirements




Experience in residential and commercial construction projects
Strong understanding of site execution and construction processes
Ability to manage labour and vendor coordination
Good communication and reporting skills
Ability to handle site activities independently

Preferred Experience
Experience in RCC and residential building project execution preferred
Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
